What documents are needed for an international transportation?
Standard: packing, invoice, veterinary (phytosanitary) certificate (if cargo is controlled), power
of attorney for the cargo, export declaration, transportation of dangerous goods,
Rosselkhoznadzor stamp on draft of bill of lading.

What containers are provided by Dalreftrans?
Dalreftrans Co, Ltd. carries out transportations only in refrigerated containers.
From what moment is demurrage/detention considered?
A demurrage occurs when the free storage period of the container in the port is exceeded.
A detention occurs when the free storage period of an empty container is exceeded after unloading.
How to get towed to the ship?
You need an agreement and a completed order to the forwarder.
When is the agent's contact provided?
After receiving the order to the forwarder, the agent will be given information about the organization of transportation and his contacts will be informed to you.
Where is your temporary storage warehouse located?
Our temporary storage warehouse is located on the territory of the Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port.

Are surcharges applied for transportation of special cargo?
A surcharge to the rate is applied when transporting caviar (salmon and sturgeon breeds), crab,
crayfish, sea trumpeter, sea urchin roe, shrimp and a number of other goods (check with your
sales manager).
Do you accept LCL cargo or small batches?
We ship batches of cargo that are multiples of one container. Minimum size is 20 ft.

Do you accept dangerous goods?
You need to fill in the form that your sales manager will send to you. As well you will need to
send a material safety data sheet for the cargo (MSDS). Then your manager will check the
possibility of accepting specified goods for transportation with the line and the terminal.
Is there a possibility to reload from truck of the customer to a container of Dalreftrans and vice versa?
Such possibility exists, please check the cost with your manager.
